Works at Beth Juliana since 2023.
Iris has over a decade of experience in the field of elder care, across all its aspects — including content development, marketing, sales, and human resources. She holds a bachelor's degree in general studies and a master's degree in business administration, along with certifications in senior facility management and business coaching.
“For me, working with the elderly is both a great privilege and a source of pride.
As the CEO of Beth Juliana, I find it essential to preserve the warm, family-like atmosphere and maintain direct communication with our residents. I want to ensure that Beth Juliana offers them a sense of safety, enriches their daily lives, and supports their well-being in every possible way.
Fortunately, I am blessed with a dedicated and professional team who truly care about the residents.
My door is always open — to residents, their families, our staff, and anyone interested in our home.
‘A small home with a big heart’ — that’s the essence of Beth Juliana, and it is my role to protect and nurture that spirit.
In my free time, I enjoy hiking, writing, reading, and a good glass of wine.”
